The Brachetto d’Acqui is the second aromatized vine variety farmed by the company and it generates a sweet, red vine, with aromatic peculiarities
hailing mainly from two terpenes,nerol and geraniol, which confer to the wine a typical rose smell.
Grapes are carefully selected and immediately pressed.
A short maceration is followed by the drawing off and the second fermentation.
Purple red or ruby colour, with violet reflexes.
Its perlage is fine and persistent.
Alcohol: 5,5 % vol.; 13-14% vol. total.
Serving temperature: 6-8°C.
Combinations: excellent with all kinds of desserts and strawberries; thanks to its low alcohol percentage and its sweet taste, it can be enjoyed at any moment of the day.
